Good quality frozen wild salmon. As there is considerablely less fat, I have to shorten the cooking time as compared to farmed ones and it turns out juicy and flavorful. Never going back to farm salmon. Will reorder again. Highly recommended.

Very fresh and flaky with a semi firm texture and mildly sweet. Goes very well with rice and other Chinese dishes.
