I have been buying fish from Dish the Fish for 5 years now and they have never failed us!

My first time eating Sockeye Salmon. As usual I cooked the head in Miso soup. Surprising soup does not have layered of oil compared to other Salmon. I like the meat texture, not too soft. Well pack. I rinse and ready to cook. Good experience.

So fresh I finished the whole fish alone. Sorry hubby!

yes they are pricey as these prawns are the biggest you get on the market, so just have to expect to pay more than usual frozen pack of small shrimp. but the taste is quite different, the size is very nice and it’s an eye catcher for any dinner party. Love it on the grill and/or in spaghetti
