Wild-caught, sustainable (please see MSC certs in the pictures) and frozen upon catch in Australia. Comes frozen in individually-vacuumed packs. Steak cuts come from the loin portion of the cod, and hence has bone(s) in the middle. If you prefer the cod fillet with less bones, please choose this instead.
For steaks: Please note that due to variances in sizes of the fish, we may sometimes give more than the number of steaks ordered to hit the weight ordered.

I prefer cod fish w/o holes please.
Very fresh! It taste very good with no fishy smell. We steamed it just with ginger and soya sauce and it tasted great.
