Its going to be dry packed all the way. Never ever again disgusting, unsearable ones from (certain supermarkets). Just the texture and the way they sear beautifully and that mouthfeel compared to ordinary supermarket ones (which are usually wet packed and full of phosphates. Usually state product of Japan, processed in China) can make you be surprised at the difference.
Bought and tried both in sashimi style and steam with garlic & tang hoon. Really fresh and nice. The nature of seafood sweetness.
