Red Braised Abalone (红烧鲍鱼) - 300g Abalone Pack Recipe Bundle
Serves up to 6 people.
红烧, or Red Braised sauce, is a sauce that goes very well with sea cucumber due to its blend of caramel and umami from braising meat over long hours. Our Red Braised sauce is made with a special blend of meat, herbs and spices.
Cooking instructions: Thaw the abalone and sauce pack. Bring 250ml of water to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Add in the abalone and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the sauce and simmer for another 5 minutes. It is now ready to serve. (Optional: Add corn flour mixture to thicken. Add salt, pepper and sesame oil according to individual presence.)
