Whole Gindara Sablefish/ Black Cod (about 2kg)
Native to British Columbia, Gindara sablefish are raised in a 300 foot deep fjord on the west coast of Vancouver Island. Fed a diet free of antibiotics, chemicals, and other additives and reared in a low-density system, the Gindara sablefish comply with the highest sustainability standards.
Comes fresh chilled. You will get the head and bones along with the portion cuts when you buy the whole fish.

Love the texture of this Gindara fish. It came nicely packed and very fresh! Love it
Meat is sweet and fatty. Similar to the Chilean Sea bass. Meat is softer melt in your mouth and not QQ like a Chilean seabass which is fine as sable fish is cheaper.
Don't know what to do with the head and bones mayb put in airfryer and see if it becomes crispy.
