Comes frozen. Farmed in the deep cool waters of Kagoshima Bay. Our hamachi (Japanese yellowtail) has a translucent, pinkish white flesh that leaves a lingering umami, buttery flavour when eaten. Its high omega 3 fat content makes this a choice selection for sashimi and for grilling.
