Does not dissapoint

Fish was fresh with delicate taste and cooked beautifully. Not sure which fish it was but I was very happy with it.

Received batang

Had in the past received fillets suitable for crumbing and baking but got batang this time round. Still figuring out what to do with them as we are not into fish curry. Perhaps the wild fish fillets can be categorised into asian and western type fish.

Curled up and rubbery when steaming

The fish curled up when I steam the fish for 5 minutes. So strange and fish rubbery.

Angoli Fish

The meat was still firm but the fishy smell was quite strong so I had to cook in some nyonya sauce.
