Asam Pedas, literally ‘Sour Spicy” – is a classic Malay dish that goes very well with fish. 

Cooking instructions: Add the fish provided along with the Assam Pedas paste to a pot. Pour in 400-500ml of water, along with the ladies fingers, and bring to a boil. Cook for about 10-15 minutes or until cooked.
