Healthy Miso Fish Soup Recipe BundleDishthefish
Serves 2-4 people.
**Please store the broth, miso, chopped spring onion and fish in the freezer. if not consumed within the same day.**
Details of the ingredients:
Japanese Marumo Aoki Red Miso (no additives added) - 750gm.
Japanese Maruha Nichiro Kizami Negi (chopped spring onions) - 150gm.
Dishthefish Pure Fish Bone Broth (no MSG, no salt and no preservatives) - 500gm.
Selected Fish Slices.
Heat up the broth in a pot. When the broth comes to a boil, add in 1 or 2 tablespoons of Miso and the fish. Cook for another 4 minutes or until cooked. Finish it off with the chopped spring onions. Add your own salt/ soya sauce according to your saltiness preference as no salt has been added to the broth.
*You may keep the remaining miso or chopped spring onions in the freezer.
