It is a high quality fish with few bones and high level of natural omega fish oils in its tummy. Jade perch contains high level of omega 3 fatty acids, 8 types of amino acids, proteins, DHA, EPA, etc.
Sustainably cultured by BlueAqua and Longxin Farm in Singapore. No antibiotics and hormones added.
Characteristics of the meat: Delicate, mild, white, fine flesh with very little bones.
Cooking methods: Steaming is recommended to reap the full benefits of omega-3 fatty acids in this fish. It is suitable for kids, infants and mums.
