Almas Caviar is harvested from from albino sturgeons. Like uncut diamonds, they are rare with only 1 occurring in every 25,000 sturgeons. The colour of its eggs are in unique and exquisite shades of golden yellow, unlike any other caviars. The Almas Caviar has a buttery, deep and unique taste profile.
All of Almas caviar are harvested using a "no-kill" method, a proprietary technique that's unique to the company. No preservatives or additives are added, with only 2.5-3% premium sea salt added.
Country of Origin: Korea, at a farm located near the upstream of the Namhan River.
Caviar should be served chilled and is best accompanied by simple or slightly savoury foods. Caviar is high in omega 3 and has antioxidant properties.
