Unagi Kabayaki (Grilled Eel with Sauce and Sancho Pepper)

Directions: Thaw Unagi and Pan Sear for 3-5mins. (Optional) Blow-torched to finish. It is also possible to cook this in an air-fryer.

Product comes with separate sachets of kabayaki sauce and sansho pepper. 

Ingredients: Eel (Produce of Taiwan), Soy Sauce, Protein Hydrolysate, Hi-Fructose, Corn Syrup, Sugar, Rice Fermended Seasoning, Starch, Agar Agar, Fish Sauce, Bonito Ext_Alcohol Polysaccharide Thickener (Processed Starch, Caramel Color. Sansho Pepper contains Wheat and Soybeans.
