I happened to be in Lisbon during their biggest festival of the year, Festas de Lisboa. One of the most iconic activities was to eat grilled sardines! Since then I fell in love with fresh sardines but it’s very rare to find them in this part of the world. Luckily I found them here! The fish is rich in Omega-3 and very low in mercury, which makes it one of most nutrient fish in the world. I’m going to order them regularly from Dishthefish.
Sardines are fresh but too much bones. But will be good if there are recipes on how to cook it.
Too much bones than the other sardines we get from the market.
These sardines are really nice. I have it pan fried with lemon pepper... very fresh and tasty!
Sardines are fresh but to much fine bones. End up blending all the fish.
