What is the ordering process?
1. Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart, choose your delivery/ self-collection date and time, and click "checkout".
2. You will be required to register an account with us if you are new. (Refer to the next question for how to register for an account)
3. Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method - we will deliver according to the date and time chosen.
How do I register for an account?
You may register for an account during the checking out process or by heading here. Fill in your name, email and password and click on "register".
You will be directed to confirm "I'm not a robot" either via a simple checkbox verification or an image test.

Once this process is completed, your account will be created. You will receive an email shortly to confirm that your account has been created. If you did not receive the email, it could mean that your account creation was not successful.

I have a discount code. Where do I put it under the checkout process?
After choosing the delivery date and time, you will see your cart items. There is a box under the items where you can key in the promo code before checking out.

Order Issues
Your satisfaction is important for us. We have stringent standards of choosing, inspecting and processing the seafood that goes out for delivery. For scenarios other than those below, please fill up this form here.
- Fish and portion sizing: All fishes are processed by our fish cutting experts to ensure the highest quality standards. We always try to provide a product that is as close to what was stated on the product page. Nonetheless, as processing is done by humans, there may be variances in weight from what was stated. Please also note that due to variances in sizes of the fish, we may sometimes have to give the fish and portions according to the rough weight ordered instead of the specific number of items ordered. We will not be providing any refund for any complaints with regards to any disputes of such incident.
- Bones in fish: Our fillets and child cuts are processed by our fish cutting experts to ensure that there are minimal bones. Nonetheless, there may still be fine bones within the fillets which may not be detected during the cutting process. While we try our best to facilitate and ease the role of a caregiver with our cutting options and packing, we are not able to replace the role of a caregiver. We advise all caregivers to proceed with caution while feeding their little ones. We are not liable for the presence of bones found in your fish. Dishthefish will not be providing any refund for such instances.
If, upon investigation, it is determined that a refund should be accorded, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
Cancellation or refund
All Cancellation or refund of orders will be done via DishTheFish's store credit. Customer can redeem the store credit upon the next purchase. For full refund via the payment method made, please write in to catchus@dishthefish.com.sg.
