The delivery came dry ice packed ensuring freshness in transit. My second order to cure salmon, so critical it is Sithi/ sashimi grade- ticked all the boxes and it’s been simply divine! I even pan fried the tail end and sides with the fat , and my family, who are salmon fatigued, and steer away unless it’s sashimi, enjoyed it as a side with fried rice! Pocket friendly given the quality! Well done keep it up👍

Bought a whole fillet for christmas dinner and it roasted beautifully just seasoned with lemon and butter. Guests were happy as it was delicious.

Received in excellent condition. There are total of 5 pieces, i suppose each will be around 280-300gm.
