I just put some in the soap, which is the simplest way to cook, so that I could taste the pure prawn flavor without any other noises. I have to say it is one of the best in terms of the natural sweetness, the firm meat and the enhancement brought to the soap.

It's a pricy option, but worth the money, I would say.

Over all satisfied with the salmon. The fillets were fresh but the eating texture was not as smooth and silky as I had expected, perhaps I over cooked it. Will give another go.
