Where do you deliver to?
- We deliver islandwide in Singapore.
What are the delivery charges?
- Orders over $80 will have free shipping. Orders under $80 will may only be accepted for self-collection at our outlets.
What if no one is around to accept the order?
- If no one is home to accept your delivery within 5 minutes of our driver's arrival during the stipulated delivery timeslot, we will take your fish back to our facilities to be frozen. We will then attempt to arrange a second delivery. Please note that in the event that we have to re-deliver, a $20 fee will be imposed.
What time will my order be delivered?
- We deliver Tue to Sat with the following timeslots: 2.30-5.30pm and 4-7pm. On Sundays, we deliver from 1.30pm - 5.30pm.
- To the best of our abilities, your order will be delivered within the delivery time slot chosen. We are unable to provide an exact time of delivery. Our carriers will not make a call prior to delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
- Cancellations have to be made at least 2 days before the delivery date. In the event of a late cancellation, 50% of the total value will be charged. Cancellation will not be allowed after the item has been dispatched and/or delivered.
