No fillers, no flour, no MSG — only pure seafood used for the pastes and seafood balls in this collection. Don't limit yourself to only using them for hotpot and Yong Tau Foo, you can also use the pastes here as stuffing for tofu based products or to stir-fry with vegetables. Our yellowtail pastes and spotted mackerel pastes are made-to-order while the other pastes are made and frozen at source in Sabah.
