Don't be intimidated by the bulkiness of the lobster tail, it is a lot easier to deal with than you might think, and is made even easier when you half the lobster tail first.

Seasoned 1 fillet simply with ground pepper and pan-fried before drizzling with yuzu broth: fish was fresh and firm - excellent taste and texture!
Did not expect to receive two pieces of small fish instead a big one. The fish is fresh. But small fish does not taste nice.
