Wild Longhead Grunt

Wild caught in Singapore/ Malaysia waters. Comes degutted and descaled, approximate weight indicated is before processing. The grunt has a texture that is best described as a cross-between a snapper and a grouper. It's meat taste light and delicate, and is good for those who prefer white fish.
