Established in 1932, Pat Chun (八珍), meaning “eight delicious dishes worthy of the emperor,” is an operation that's been passed down through three generations. Pat Chun is well-known in Hong Kong and Singapore for their naturally fermented, pickled and cooked foods from traditional recipes.

Ingredients: Canola Oil, Lobster, Carrot, Shallot, Garlic (contains naturally formed sulphites), Spices.

Natural lobster flavour is infused in canola oil at low temperature to produce the rich Pat Chun Lobster Oil, that is ruby in colour with a roasted lobster aroma. Drizzle over seafood, pasta or fried rice can add intensity and make any dish luxurious.
