Arctic Char are bursting with strength and vitality and have a freshness that is second to none. They are managed and farmed in environmentally friendly ways. One day it is swimming in the frigid, clean water in the Cascade Mountains and a day or two later it's on the plate. No antibiotics or chemical agents are used in the culturing process. The feeds are all natural and organic.
Arctic Char is consistently of highest quality and omega-3. It is low in mercury like the salmon you can possibly get in the market.
