Wild caught in Japan. Frozen. Hamachi collars are really popular for their oily, soft texture. Tastes best when grilled or baked.
Super fresh! I like to season the collar with some mirin, sea salt, pepper and garlic powder. Put it in the air fryer at 180C for 10 - 12 mins. The result is crispy skin and juicy flesh.
Very very good. Salt plus pepper plus 12 min in air fryer and u get something that is crispy outside while juicy inside. Highly recommend !
