Was given as a big piece and not cut into 2 as stated so we ended up having to cook everything for one dinner. Fishy smell so my mom guessed it is a male one and ended up using alot of ginger and sambal sauce while cooking.
Not so fresh.
I love this stingray, it's fresh, no weird aftertaste, and value for money!

Wrapped in banana leaf with sambal chilli and put in the airfryer for 15mins 200c. Delicious and cheap. Taste better than those sold in shops and so much cheaper too. Ownself make is best.
