Grilled seafood has always been one of our favourite dishes to cook on the grill. It’s easy, healthy, and tastes amazing with a nice crusty exterior that gives it an excellent texture and taste. We love grilling lobster or prawns because they come out sweet when grilled at high heat. For fish, we chose firm-textured varieties like salmon or snappers that hold well on the grill without falling apart too easily. You can even try some octopus skewers if you want something different!
