Cod Fish/ Chilean Seabass Bones (about 500g)
Chilean sea bass meat too exp, so I bought the bones. The loose bits pop into airfryer and become super crispy..just munch on them happily. The bigger bones used for fish stock, air fry all bones until golden brown before add water and aromatics to boil. Smells so sweet and fresh. a lot of fish oil left over in airfryer. I'm pretty sure it's tons of omega 3 in them..but don't know what to do with left over fish oil drippings, perhaps fry up some fish beehoon?
