The Cantonese steamed fish style is usually served during Chinese banquet dinners as the salty-sweet taste of the sauce brings out the tender, fresh taste of the fish.
Cooking instructions: Steam the fish for 8 minutes with ginger and a bit of water. After 8 minutes, pour out the water. In a separate pan, heat up the pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the Cantonese sauce mixture to heat it up. Pour the sauce over the fish when hot and serve immediately with the spring onion garnishing.
Did not expect to receive two pieces of small fish instead a big one. The fish is fresh. But small fish does not taste nice.
It came only with the sauce. No other condiments like spring onion etc. It is quite bland.
