What is the quantity of the seafood you would receive?

For a small bag (2-4 people), we would typically mix in a good variety of fillets and shell fish (For e.g. 500g - 1kg of fillets, and some shellfish - 1kg prawns / squids / scallops and other shell items depending on availability). 

Can you decide on how we portion or cut the fillet/fishes?

Can you indicate your child's age and other dietary information?

Yes. Please indicate your child's details such as age and specific dietary requirements under the << Special Instructions >> so that we could choose the most suitable fillets and pack them in the suitable fillet sizes to cater specially for your child. .
