Cooking tip: 
(Stir Fry) Carabinero prawns can be easily prepared with some olive oil/butter, chopped garlics.
1. Heat up the olive oil/butter.
2. Stir in the chopped garlic till brown.
3. Add in Carabinero and cook 2-3mins each side. 

* Please refrain from thawing and refreezing the Carabinero as the prawn's head will turn black easily.
