The black cod fillet was full of bones which is not what I expected. The texture is good but dealing with the bones was an experience which detracted from the enjoyment of the miso cod.
Family favourite. Just steam it with soy sauce and lots of fried garlic and spring onions n coriander and it’s yummy
Lovely texture. Braised the sablefish in soya sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, oil, spring onion and garlic, which catches some of the fish's healthy fats and makes a delicious gravy.
Made miso Gindara. Fish was fresh and tasted awesome! Would definitely buy again if the price is right.
Texture is softer than Chilean seabass . I cook it with sake, butter, salt and black pepper, airfry. It's good.
