Beautiful

Lovely texture. Braised the sablefish in soya sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, oil, spring onion and garlic, which catches some of the fish's healthy fats and makes a delicious gravy.

Wonderful and fresh

Made miso Gindara. Fish was fresh and tasted awesome! Would definitely buy again if the price is right.

Taste buttery and sweet

Texture is softer than Chilean seabass . I cook it with sake, butter, salt and black pepper, airfry. It's good.

Gindara Sablefish (Fresh)

Fresh and the flesh texture like pomfret rather than usual cod fish.
